Muscle Building Food? Ignore 95% of What You Hear

What's the best muscle building food? You might be surprised by this answer - it's NOT overloading yourself with protein.

Protein shakes, powder bars, red meats, egg whites, or fish-none of them are necessary.

Seriously

You don't need 200 grams of protein a day. Most body builders get ridiculous amounts of protein, worrying that if they stop their muscle will stop growing.

This is NOT true

In fact, too much protein actually PREVENTS you from getting the ripped physique you want. Sure this nutrient is important for building tissue--but 50 grams a day is the max you really should need.

As far as WHERE to get it from, the best source is nuts and seeds. Rice and grains are also great but primarily when they are sprouted-this is when they are most easily digested.

But what about fish? Red meat? Eggs? Whey protein supplements? These "muscle building foods" are all unnecessary.

Whenever possible consume raw foods-they are FAR AND AWAY the easiest for your body to digest... and therefore the best for getting ripped.

But what's the best diet for fat loss?

Fruits and vegetables-BAR NONE.

Why?

Because they help clean your body--and the cleaner you are, the less fat you will have. If it's easy to digest, it will help with fat loss.

Drink LOTS of water

This will aid in fat loss... and will also give you more energy for your workouts. But make sure to never consume tap water-this does more harm than good.

Bottom line

Don't listen to the standard advice fitness "gurus" pump out-it's all DEAD WRONG. These are the best muscle building foods out there.
